For 2VEE hair products, you will meet distinctive products for each category. When a new series is made available, it will be disclosed with a pop-up notice on the homepage, which information will also be available to check from NEWS on USER GUIDE. For images of different series and advertisement images and videos, you can check and download them in GALLERY under BRAND.
Customer Service is available for handling customers' questions from 09:00 to 18:00 Monday through Friday with lunch break between 12:30 and 13:30. We're off on Saturday, Sunday, and national public holidays.
For any skin trouble while using the product, please get a copy of prescription or doctor's note from a medical institution (from a hospital or a drugstore), or national health insurance card record, and call Customer Service at +82 2-523-2451. Once related documents are submitted, we will have the product back. Through a relevant procedure, you may get a replacement or a refund.
Unless exposed to sharp changes in temperature or severe environment (high temperature, freezing condition etc.), an unopened product can be stored for 2 to 3 years. Once opened, a product better be sued within a year.
2VEE products are available for purchase at online malls (11th Street, G-Market, Auction, and Interpark), while they can be purchased from 2VEE MALL at the top of the homepage.
